Data Quality Lead Expert – Role Overview

Senior technical authority responsible for the design, engineering, and continuous improvement of the Data Quality Framework at Globe. This hands‑on individual contributor builds complex data quality checks, statistical and ML‑based anomaly detection, defines engineering standards, reusable patterns, and tooling, operationalises dashboards, and ensures proactive monitoring of data issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the data quality check suite: engineer complex checks, reusable frameworks, scalable architecture, statistical and ML‑based anomaly detection, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Operationalise dashboards and monitoring: build the technical pipeline for the Data Quality Index, create alerting, scheduling, and observability for proactive issue detection.
