Responsibilities
- Lead the top‑level design and strategic planning of the company‑wide A/B testing platform. Develop efficient and user‑friendly testing tools, and establish & promote scientific testing methodologies as well as a data‑driven decision‑making culture across the organization.
- Take charge of building the testing metric system and quantitative evaluation system for experiment value. Design standardized metric libraries and quantify the business value delivered by A/B tests.
- Dive into frontline business scenarios including growth, recommendation, advertising and operations. Identify pain points and requirements of experiments in various scenarios, collaborate closely with business teams, integrate data resources, deliver high‑quality product solutions and drive full implementation.
