Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy risk assessments.
- Monitor and interpret evolving privacy laws and regulations; ensure compliance alignment.
- Perform internal audits and compliance testing related to privacy.
- Review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and assess associated risks.
- Track compliance requirements for assigned functions/projects and report progress.
- Conduct vendor due diligence and evaluate privacy risks.
- Advise stakeholders on privacy compliance for new projects, technology changes, and business processes involving personal data.
