Data Platform Operations Analyst (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, patterns, and outliers on the data platform and provide improvisations to align the platform with recommended solutions by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Contribute to the development of data visualizations and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Understand and collaborate on requirements from multiple key stakeholders/end users and effectively solve the requirements for Data Platform Management feature delivery.
• Address process automation and improvement objectives outlined by stakeholders, and collaborate with the development team for design and solution feedback.
• Ensure Data Platform Management features are implemented correctly by working closely with development/testing teams.
• Work in an Agile mindset to accelerate delivery of data platform governance and management.
