You will play a pivotal role in our Global Logistics Control Tower, working closely with Digital and COE Analytics teams to define requirements, structure Control Tower tools, and ensure alignment with business needs. Your responsibilities include leading orchestration activities, managing personas' interactions, monitoring alerts, supporting decision‑making during operations or crisis situations, and turning data into action.
