Responsibilities
- Responsible for recording and maintaining accurate inventory data, including incoming, outgoing, and transferred items, in the system within the specified timeframe.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to answer customer inquiries regarding the system.
- Manage the data entry system and report information to supervisors or relevant personnel at the workplace.
- Oversee and coordinate with the operations department for product transfers and accurate data entry into the system.
- Prepare KPIs and various reports as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist the supervisor by reporting any problems that arise and providing suggestions.
