**Essential Functions**:
- Serve as the triage point for cases aligned to specific teams.
Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency in PSA systems.
- Provide simple to moderately complex reporting and data analysis support.
- Attend and contribute to regular meetings with Resource Mgmt (RM) and business managers focused on resource utilization, project performance governance, and demand-capacity gaps.
- Leverage standard reports and dashboards to deliver insights into team and RM performance against targets.
- Execute Resource Mgmt processes to support delivery teams, using sound judgment with mínimal supervision.
- Act as the main point of contact for Resource Mgmt data queries.
- Liaise with the Resource Mgmt Operations Team to ensure alignment and process consistency.
