The Data Insights Lead is a senior technical and people leadership role responsible for building and scaling trusted data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support operational decision making across Canadian Operations.
This role leads the development of curated data models, standardized KPIs, executive reporting, self‑service analytics, and embedded data governance to improve consistency, trust, and speed of insight delivery. It also serves as a key partner to senior leaders and executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning, performance management, and informed decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of trusted, scalable operational reporting and analytics across workforce, productivity, backlog, SLA, FTE, and cost metrics.
- Build and maintain curated data models, semantic layers, and reusable reporting assets that enable a single source of truth.
