Become a key player in data governance with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Records Analyst. Ensure compliance and assist with public records requests in a full-time capacity.
Reporting to the Manager of Records and Data Governance, this role focuses on the lifecycle management of OSC’s information assets. You will coordinate public data requests, support staff in accessing records, and ensure records are organized and retrievable. Additionally, you will engage with vendors to maintain quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee public records requests as per OSC standards
• Help staff locate and manage access to records
• Classify and index information assets securely
• Collaborate with third-party service providers
• Provide support for content management systems like OpenText
Requirements:
• Educational background in Library/Information Science
