Data Governance & AI Strategy Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive redesign and optimization of the revenue organization's data architecture to resolve historical data debt.
• Establish and enforce robust data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity across all go-to-market systems.
• Act as the internal Product Manager for revenue capabilities, defining the long‑term vision and roadmap for internal sales tools and AI deployments.
• Architect an agent‑first AI strategy to identify and automate sales, operational, and compensation workflows.
• Manage the evaluation, selection, and integration of the AI and data vendor ecosystem.
• Optimize Salesforce architecture to ensure seamless integration of data and AI initiatives while minimizing friction for sales representatives.
• Drive organizational change and enablement programs to foster a data‑first, AI‑augmented culture.
