Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO voice experience
- Excellent communication skills, comprehension, and professionalism when handling clarifications or escalations
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Able to follow structured processes and data validation guidelines
- Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
- Can work shifting schedules and weekends as required
