We are seeking meticulous and detail‑oriented Data Analysts to support our data management efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in our proprietary Thrive CRM and will directly contribute to the success of our executive search operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Input daily lists of names provided by the search team into the Thrive CRM system; ensure accurate and prompt entry while maintaining high precision.
- Data Enrichment: Update and complete all required data fields in the CRM based on predefined criteria; conduct research using Rocketreach, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn to validate and enhance data accuracy; cross‑check and verify information to ensure reliability and relevance.
