Connext is looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Onsite)
to manage billing and order requests through third-party portals for customers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong data entry and portal management skills.
Job Description
- Maintain and update portal vendor systems (Yardi, Ops Technology, Nexus, etc.).
- Handle account setup, ongoing maintenance, and invoice uploads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and documentation requests.
- Perform monthly audits and ensure accuracy of uploads.
Screening Criteria
- At least one (1) year of data entry experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a stable employment history.
