Responsibilities
- On our imaging website application, view the invoice image and type the information according to the guidelines shown
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Any tasks assigned or mandated by Data Entry Team Lead
Qualifications
- Familiar on OCR application
- Call Center Experience NOT Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate. We track speed and accuracy of employees
