Tasks required
- Produce statements for our clients using excel
- Produce customer scorecards by finding and entering specific data points from a range of sources including Google AdWords, SharpSpring, Hubspot, LinkedIn, into a spreadsheet and making sure the information entered is accurate
- Maintain database by entering new and updated lead and account information found principally on LinkedIn
- Prepare excel spreadsheets for upload into CRM (e.g. SharpSpring, Hubspot) by compiling and sorting information
- Verify entered lead and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Combine data from multiple systems to spot incomplete data
- Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
