Data Engineering Lead: Modernize & Govern Pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers in migrating our existing data infrastructure from PySpark, Athena, and BigQuery to a modern stack centered around dbt and Snowflake, with Airflow for orchestration.
• Define engineering frameworks, architect scalable data solutions, and ensure data quality and governance throughout the migration.
• Mentor the team, fostering growth and driving best practices in a hands‑on, collaborative environment.
• Shape the future of the company’s data capabilities and drive continuous improvement in data pipelines and analytics.
