Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Technical Manager, Data & Analytics, the Data Engineer will partner with internal stakeholders to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that support regulatory needs. The role requires deep experience with Azure and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data ingestion and transformation scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Delta Live Tables, Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements and advise on analytics tools.
- Lead data quality monitoring, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, and implement metadata‑driven processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Security, Architecture, DevOps) to align solutions and support continuous deployment.
