Data Engineer: Build Scalable Pipelines for Analytics

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for our Metro Manila team. The role focuses on data architectures, source integrations, data quality, and performance tuning to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of data engineering experience, with strong SQL skills and hands-on use of Spark, Airflow, and dbt.
