The Data & Dashboard Specialist will be responsible for creating user-friendly dashboards, integrating project data from multiple systems, improving reporting automation, and supporting project teams with visual analytics and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Translate business, PMO, and project requirements into visual analytics solutions.
- Integrate data from Primavera P6, ERP systems, Excel, databases, and project control tools.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with project KPIs.
- Automate data refresh, reporting workflows, and dashboard updates.
- Collaborate with PMO, project controls, engineers, and stakeholders to improve data usability.
