Data Centre Operator & NOC Monitoring (24/7)

BCS, a NETS subsidiary, operates and maintains critical payment infrastructure including FAST, IBG, CTS, PayNow and SGQR. The IT Operations team keeps these applications running with incident management and monitoring.

We are seeking an L1 Application Monitoring Officer to run the NOC, perform hourly checks, assist with on-site data centre tasks, and handle routine batch processes and UAT tests. This role requires 24/7 rotating shifts and strong teamwork.
