Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Tier III+ data centres in Singapore—monitoring SLA compliance, incident resolution, and change control processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (facilities, network, security) to execute preventive maintenance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills.
- Enforce physical and environmental controls (HVAC, UPS, fire suppression) and ensure adherence to ISO, SOC 2, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Manage vendor contracts for critical infrastructure services and drive cost-optimization without compromising reliability.
- Implement real-time monitoring dashboards and automated alerting workflows using DCIM tools to reduce MTTR and improve visibility.
- Champion operational KPIs (PUE, WUE, availability %) and report performance metrics to senior stakeholders and clients.
