Data Center Site Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and service data center infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations
• Document and update all requests on the internal web portal ticketing system
• Deliver ITIL compliance process conformance for incident, problem and change management
• Coordinate and provide support to contractors and vendors
• Generate accurate and regular reports as required
• Any other duties or projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Manages and services large-scale 'in-country' data center infrastructure
• Ensures 24x7 operations in rotating shifts
• Proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues
• Acts as Level 2 escalation point
• Understands the M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building
