Data Center Security Field Training Coach

Securitas Group in Oslo region is seeking a Field Training Officer (FTO) to lead onboarding, training, and coaching for security officers across multiple data center sites.

The role requires strong communication, training expertise, and willingness to relocate as the position will transition to Western Norway within coming years. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, with some flexibility.
