Data Center Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Lifecycle

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of industry experience, particularly over the last 3-5 years in live Data Center projects. Skills in cost-control and budget preparation are essential, along with strong interpersonal communication.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, while a Master’s or CDCP qualification is a bonus. Proficiency in software tools like MS Office, AUTOCAD, and Sketchup is required.
