Data Center Operations & Reliability Manager

Overview

Verda is looking for a Data Center Operations & Reliability Manager to own the operational reliability of our data center sites. You will be accountable for SLA commitments, equipment downtime, shift coverage, safety and security guidelines, and incident reporting. The position is onsite in Helsinki, full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational reliability of data center sites and ensure adherence to established SLAs.
• Manage equipment downtime, shift coverage, safety and security guidelines, and incident reporting.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability and uptime of critical facilities.
