Data Center Operations Manager

About the Role

You'll own day‑to‑day operations across multiple data centers within the Johor Bahru cluster, accountable for uptime, team performance, compliance, and the operational standards that DayOne's SLAs require.

Operational Management

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all data centers in the cluster, ensuring 100% uptime and full compliance with customer SLAs.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution—minimizing downtime and service disruption across the cluster.
• Track operational metrics, analyze performance data, and identify risks before they affect operations or client commitments.
• Implement and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations and technical staff across the cluster, building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
