Our client is seeking a 24/7 Support Specialist to support the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of critical data centre and technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and operational integrity of systems, facilities, and workflows through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and adherence to established operational procedures and runbooks.

24/7/365 coverage – Four-on, Four-off, 12‑hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily operations of data centre infrastructure, systems, facilities, and operational workflows.
- Execute system runbooks, production control activities, scheduled jobs, and enterprise automation processes.
