Data Center Equipment Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the formulation of equipment maintenance MOP and EOP plans and the standardized implementation of processes

2. Establish and train maintenance teams, develop skill matrices, and assign responsible persons

3. Organize system emergency drills and redundancy tests to ensure stable and continuous operation of the system

4. Coordinate resources to handle sudden failures in a timely manner, perform fault tree analysis (FTA) and optimize emergency plans, and maintain equipment maintenance records

5. Establish spare parts management to ensure enough inventory of key spare parts;

6. Responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, and cooperate with customer and equipment manufacturer;

7. Supervise daily operations such as equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration to ensure that the equipment meets the manufacturer's technical specifications
