About the role
Within our Operations organization, we are looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong analytical expertise with project management skills to help us scale smarter and faster across our three key departments: Quality, Compliance & Fraud, Sales Administration & Onboarding, and Special Missions. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who loves diving deep into data, turning insights into strategies, and driving cross‑functional initiatives to execution.
What you will do
- Lead analysis‑driven projects: identify opportunities, validate hypotheses with data, and translate results into clear business actions.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, turning them into clear project scopes and actionable plans.
