Data & Billing Specialist for Finance Automation

Global Finance Teams is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial systems, translate SOW terms into subscription models, and ensure data integrity within Ordway and QuickBooks Online. You will assist in financial reporting, data hygiene, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Advanced QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel skills are essential, along with experience in automating manual processes. This position requires working 4 hours per day, aligned with US Eastern Standard Time.
