**What's the role?**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Data and Information Services Officer on an initial **12 month contract** . This role is pivotal where you will help manage our information assets, supporting journalists with timely research, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our digital and physical archives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Information Management: including but not limited to archiving text, page images, photographs, and negatives. This includes data entry, processing data in OpenText CHP, constructing accurate records, adding metadata, and meeting syndication deadlines.
+ Research and Reference Service: Support company departments by responding to internal reference and research enquiries with timely, accurate information and retrieval of archived materials. Work closely with the Content Licensing team on ad hoc projects.
