About the role We are looking for a responsible and experienced
Data Analytics Team Lead
to join our efforts in taking over the print‑on‑demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.
Your daily tasks will include
Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domain
Guide data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others
Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts
Drive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organisation
Build relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholders
