Focus: A legal professional who finds the commercial side of business more stimulating. Although responsible for the licensing and policies for some of CME's products, the successful candidate will also be adept to think critically for some of our larger forward-looking agreement structure and IP protective projects (like how to handle licensing of AI, data on-chain' etc).
Description:
This is a strategic position sitting at the confluence of Licensing, Policy and Legal. As consumer trends, technology and data products evolve at a rapid pace, you will use your legal training to help future-proof the commercial structures that govern some of CME's most valuable proprietary data and analytics products.
