Job description:
- Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
- Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated
- Track and monitor ID cards
- Resolve client queries
- Support contract renewal activities in the context of membership / census listing provision and reconciliation
