This year, we’re launching a key project focused on enhancing reporting and driving service improvements across IT and the student experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a targeted piece of work that will identify opportunities for improvement and deliver real, impactful change.

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering analytics and reporting using a range of data sources. This role is important in helping our senior leaders understand the consumption and performance of IT Services across the University. The insights you uncover will be crucial in supporting sound decision-making on aspects such as continual IT service improvements and future technology investments, which impact our staff, students and researchers.
