Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Good SQL skills for querying, validating, and analysing data.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of data quality, data validation, metrics definition, and business rule documentation.
- Experience working with business users to clarify requirements and translate them into reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with data models, reporting tables, and data pipelines is advantageous.
- Experience in enterprise, public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
