Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of data science strategies that influence key business decisions and operational improvements at scale.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling:
- Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models and prototypes to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, Hive, Presto, and other Big Data tools.
- Mentor data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Architect and maintain robust reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics that enable the BMG Support organization to scale and operate efficiently.
