Principal Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to generate insights for Consumer Finance operations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerBI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Prepare and manage data for multi-channel campaigns, including dialer, SMS, email, and post.
- System Administration:
- Oversee and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Support the integration of data from various sources into PowerBI and other reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Maintain and update data systems to ensure alignment with business needs.
