Job Summary
As the Data Analyst, People Analytics, you will help IPEX deliver accurate, meaningful workforce insights that support stronger HR and business decisions. You will be a key partner in managing reporting requests, maintaining data quality, improving reporting processes, and helping stakeholders understand what the data is telling them.
