Job Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of internal and external stakeholders;
Leverage your knowledge of statistical/mathematical methods; expertise with data analysis tools and techniques; and advanced analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data;
Create informative visualizations (dashboards) and reports that intuitively displays large amounts of data and/or complex relationships;
Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational business objectives;
Work closely with scrum development teams to maximize the value of data products;
Identify new sources of data and develop data collection systems to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting;
Support data migrations from legacy systems into new systems such as Workday, Financial systems, etc.
