Responsibilities
- Monitor and control short-term operational and financial indicators related to outbound volume (finished goods), supporting the operational team's decision-making.
- Analyze volumes and freight costs, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to targets by analyzing indicators such as volume, freight rates and vehicle sourcing.
- Manage performance indicators such as volume, share, margin (percentage and absolute), ROL/ton and absolute ROL, developing and automating short-term internal controls.
- Analyze transported volumes and freight costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and logistics efficiency gains.
