Job Summary

Workforce Planning and People Analytics Intern – This position aims to strengthen the execution, control, and analysis of positions; as well as to manage and support headcount and labor costs by working closely with Finance, HRBPs, and Operations in a global environment. The incumbent will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Responsibilities

• Updating and analyzing reports related to Workforce Planning
• Supporting budgeting and resource planning for manufacturing and corporate functions
• Position Management in Workday
• Preparing reports and monitoring area KPIs
• Supporting process improvement and information quality initiatives

Requirements

• Degrees related to economic–administrative areas, preferably with a focus on data analysis
• Intermediate to advanced English, as work is done in a global environment
