Responsibilities
- Support recurring performance reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly packages for leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Retool and BI tools to track leading indicators and SLA pacing
- Pull, validate, and QA data from operational systems to ensure reporting accuracy
- Support clinical performance reporting across medication adherence, care gaps, and quality measures (HEDIS, Stars)
- Investigate missed targets, unexpected trends, and data discrepancies to identify root causes
