Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data and user feedback.
- Ensure all data sources are in sync and sources are sending us correct data.
- Generate actionable reports that provide insights on users behavior subscription trends and other key performance indicators and provide recommendations on features that will improve the user experience.
- Share regular insights with the team.
- Create reports that are simultaneously data-rich and easily digested.
- Exchange data and feedback with the content team, the product management team and the tech team to present results and come up with ideas that make the product more user centric.
- Understand conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and be able to apply CRO hacks.
- Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram.
- Prioritize growth channels.
