We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with a strong data-driven mindset, able to bridge business and IT and translate requirements into process and data improvements.
You will be part of a 4 month international project focus on multicountry PeopleSoft ERP rollout (France, Belgium, UK, US, Canada, Italy, Spain), ensuring data quality, governance and consistency across regions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business & data requirements
- Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, partners)
- Drive data governance, quality and integration
- Document data flows, processes and functional specs
- Provide insights on risks, data quality and improvements
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
