- Partner directly with business and product initiatives (e.g. Broker Quoting Tool, Embedded Finance) to frame the right questions, design sound analyses, and interpret results with appropriate statistical rigour
- Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to test assumptions, systematically rule out alternative explanations, and build cumulative, contextual knowledge of the business over time — going beyond what point-in-time AI querying can provide
- Build a track record of shipped analyses that demonstrably changed a decision or a team's understanding — not just dashboards or ad hoc fact-finding
