Data Analysis Specialist - Workday

Drive effective data analysis and reporting within Workday HCM. This role focuses on extracting actionable insights and ensuring data alignment for three major business units in an Agile setting.
As the key reporting analyst, you will build and optimize advanced dashboards to support workforce planning and organizational health. You will monitor data pipelines, provide essential information to leadership, and ensure compliance across systems. The position includes hands-on Workday configuration responsibilities and participation in Agile delivery practices.
