Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of the overall change management strategy for GCP transformation programs
- Identify stakeholder personas and create targeted communication and engagement plans
- Develop change toolkits, training materials, presentations, and communication content
- Facilitate workshops and change sessions with both business and technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in change management within technology or data transformation programs
- Strong understanding of cloud migration, data governance, and analytics modernization
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
- Exposure to GCP or enterprise data platform programs is an advantage
- Consulting experience preferred
