Data & AI Adoption Lead — Capability Planning & Change

SwiftCruit is seeking a Principal Manager to lead Data Capability Planning and Adoption at our Singapore site. You will translate Data & AI strategy into actionable adoption initiatives, drive usage, and embed new capabilities across the organisation.

You will manage senior stakeholders, design targeted engagement, and oversee a portfolio of capability-building efforts from pilots to full-scale deployment.
