- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Manage administrative and personnel responsibilities
- Delegate tasks when necessary

- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast‑paced environment

- Cooperative and approachable
- Fluency in English or Norwegian/Scandinavian languages
